About Me
Hi, my name is Justin and I am a husband, father, Professor and Registered Social Worker. I started in the helping field in 1993 and specialized in mental health for ten plus years before becoming a full-time professor. I am an active person who enjoys the outdoors. An overall healthy lifestyle guides me in life. I’ve spent my career as a Social Worker and Professor researching and teaching best practices in the helping field. I have a unique ability to connect with children, youth, and adults and will provide a trusted and competent approach to help. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers, a member of the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Care, and registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

About My Practice
I offer confidential in person sessions in my office in Alliston and online appointments to residents across Ontario. Community based and in home sessions are also available in the South Simcoe and surrounding areas. I am open to meeting outdoors and enjoying nature together during our sessions. Youth, family, and couple communication has been my specialty. However, a focus on mental health in general has been my passion. I have an eclectic approach that focuses on a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques. I promise to do my best to connect with you to build a therapeutic relationship. This is the key to personal success in the helping process. Evidence driven, resilience and strength based therapeutic techniques is what you can expect from your work with me.
